“Meeting of the Subgroup on ‘Stimulating the circulation of environmentally clean and safe vehicles and improving infrastructure’ was held.”

On November 26, 2025, a meeting dedicated to the implementation status and achievements of the Roadmap for 2025 of the Subgroup on “Stimulating the circulation of environmentally clean and safe vehicles and improving infrastructure” under the “Physical Infrastructure” Working Group of the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings was held.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Commission’s Secretariat, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, “Azerishig” JSC, and other relevant government institutions, as well as representatives from the private sector and business associations.

During the meeting, discussions were held by the subgroup member institutions on the implementation status of the measures envisaged in the Roadmap for 2025 over the 11-month period, and detailed information was provided on the achievements.

In addition, the proposals submitted by the private sector representatives were discussed, and views were exchanged on the implementation of the proposals.

In conclusion, issues related to the final measures for the implementation of the Roadmap for 2025 were discussed, relevant instructions were given in this direction, questions from the meeting participants were answered, and relevant instructions were given to begin the process of preparing the draft Roadmap for 2026.
