A meeting of the sub-group on “Promoting the circulation of environmentally friendly and safe transport vehicles and improving related infrastructure” dedicated to the 2025 priority tasks was

On July 30, 2025, a meeting was held by the "Physical Infrastructure" Working Group of the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings, dedicated to the 2025 priority tasks of the sub-group on “Promoting the circulation of environmentally friendly and safe transport vehicles and improving related infrastructure.”

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Commission’s Secretariat, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, “Azerishig” OJSC, and other relevant state institutions, as well as representatives from the private sector and business associations.

During the meeting, member institutions of the sub-group presented reports on the implementation status of the activities outlined in the 2025 Roadmap for the first half of the year, and discussions were held on current issues.

Additionally, a presentation was delivered on the work carried out in creating the necessary infrastructure for environmentally friendly and safe transport vehicles. Information was also provided on measures taken to improve financial accessibility, develop a competitive environment, and increase the circulation and use of new, environmentally friendly and safe transport vehicles.

At the end of the meeting, the ongoing activities under the 2025 Roadmap and upcoming tasks were discussed. Relevant instructions were given regarding the implementation of the Roadmap, and the participants' questions were addressed.
