Another meeting of the Working Group on “Contract İmplementation, Closure and Bankruptcy of an Enterprise, Judicial System and the Rule of Law”

Meeting with the working group on “Contract İmplementation, Closure and Bankruptcy of an Enterprise, Judicial System and the Rule of Law” was conducted in the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.  The members of the working group and representatives of other relevant bodies held new discussion about a draft document on the amendments to the Law on Bankruptcy and Insolvency and on the proposed changes.
