Electronic application system for obtaining Construction and Occupancy Permits

According to the Decree regarding the “Rule on issuing construction permits for some construction facilities and permits for exploitation of construction facility” signed by President İlham Aliyev on 28 December 2018, the permit for construction and exploitation of construction facility is issued free of charge, and all recommendations and technical terms from the relevant authorities for obtaining construction permits are completely processed electronically without the participation of an entrepreneur. At the same time, by reducing the number of procedures required for receiving the construction and occupancy permit from 18 to 7 and number of days from 116 to 38, more operative, transparent and effective environment is formed for entrepreneurs.
