The Working Group on "granting construction permits" had its next virtual meeting

The subject of "carrying out necessary work in the direction of the measures to be implemented" was covered in the pertinent presentation made by the Secretariat of the Commission at the meeting of the Economic Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 24, 2023. This topic was discussed at the next online meeting of the Working Group "issuance of construction permits," which is chaired by the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on October 31, 2023.

Head of the Baku City General Directorate on Architecture and Urban Planning under the Committee, Vusal Shikhaliyev, head of the devision for monitoring, coordination, and evaluation of economic reforms of the Department of Economic Policy and industry issues of the Presidential Administration, and head of the Secretariat of the Commission on Business Environment and international ratings all spoke during the meeting. Topics pertaining to the construction permit and control process were discussed, suggestions for enhancing the Register of Public Services were put forth, work on updating information needed to be done, and opinions were shared regarding the tasks that lay ahead.
