The next meeting of the "Corruption and Transparency" working group of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings was held

On December 27, 2023, the next meeting of the "Corruption and Transparency" working group of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings dedicated to the results of 2023 was held .

Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Accounting Chamber, the "Transparency-Azerbaijan Fight Against Corruption" Public Union, the "Development of Society and Civil Relations" Public Union, "Azercell",  "Azerconnect", "NEQSOL", "Ekvita" companies and representatives of other institutions participated.

At the meeting chaired by the head of the working group, the deputy head of the Anti-Corruption Directorate with the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan – Mr. Asaf Sarikishiyev , speeches were made about the work done in 2023 regarding the implementation of the measures provided for in the corresponding "Action Plan" of the working group .

In the continuation of the meeting, the tasks ahead for 2024 for the working group, as well as the necessary proposals regarding the expansion of the state-business-civil society dialogue were put forward by civil society institutions and private sector representatives participating in the meeting.
