Meeting between representatives of law and consulting firms and the “Business Insolvency” Working Group was held

On 26 December 2025, the meeting of the “Business Insolvency” Working Group, led by the Ministry of Justice under the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings, was held.

The meeting was attended by representatives of Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Economy, the Central Bank, other members of the Working Group, as well as representatives of leading law and consulting firms.

During the meeting, information was provided on the existing challenges in the fields of insolvency and restructuring, the work carried out within the framework of the “Roadmap for 2025 on the implementation of improvements and communication in the relevant field under the “Business Insolvency” indicator of the World Bank Group’s “Business Ready” report, as well as draft projects regulating new legislative reforms.

At the same time, the participants were informed about the measures planned to be implemented in relation to restructuring and insolvency.

Additionally, the challenges faced by the invited representatives of law and consulting firms in this field and their proposals for resolving these issues were discussed, and questions of interest to them were answered.

The meeting continued in the format of interactive discussions.
