The presentation on 2025 Roadmap for "The Location of Business (registration and leasing of property)" indicator has been made

On August 21, an online meeting of the "Property registration and leasing" working group, led by the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy was held under organization of Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings. At the meeting, which was attended by representatives of the public and private sectors, information was provided and discussions were held on the implementation of improvements and communication in the relevant field regarding the “Location of Business (property registration and lease)” indicator, the status of implementation of relevant measures, and the work done during the first half of 2025.

Rustam Shahbazov, Deputy Head of the State Service for Property Issues and head of the working group, informed the meeting participants about the ongoing and upcoming measures, as well as projects related to real estate registration and cadastre within the framework of the Roadmap implementation.

   Vusal Shikhaliyev, Head of the Secretariat of the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings, brought the main directions of activity and upcoming key goals of the "Property Registration and Lease" working group to the attention of the meeting participants.

The presented Roadmap for the “Location of Business (property registration and lease)” indicator reflects the preparation of a draft normative legal act providing for the regulation of the current situation with unauthorized constructions, the work towards the full electronization of services in the field of real estate registration in accordance with relevant requirements, ensuring accessibility to information in the state register, and other issues.

At the end, the importance of timely, high-quality, and substantive implementation of the measures under the Roadmap was emphasized, and the questions of the meeting participants were answered.
