On May 22, 2026, a meeting was held with business entities in the administrative building of the Ministry of Justice. Within the framework of the meeting, Toghrul Huseynov, Head of the "Dispute Resolution, Judiciary, and Rule of Law" Working Group and Deputy Minister of Justice, along with other senior ministry officials who are members of the Working Group, received the entrepreneurs, listened to the challenges they face, answered their questions, and brought the provisions of the relevant legislation to their attention.

During the meeting, entrepreneurs were also informed about the work accomplished by the Working Group within the framework of the "Roadmap for 2026 on implementing improvements and communication regarding the 'Dispute Resolution' indicator of the World Bank Group's 'Business Ready' report."

It was stated that the main objective of the "Dispute Resolution, Judiciary, and Rule of Law" Working Group, in line with its operational directions, is to develop all aspects that create conditions for promoting business, eliminate barriers, improve dispute resolution mechanisms, and ensure their accessibility.

It was noted that significant reforms are being implemented toward resolving disputes and ensuring the more prompt and effective execution of decisions by courts and other bodies. Within this framework, it was reported that the process of selling property put up for auction in connection with the execution of court and other body decisions has been fully digitalized and is now carried out through the "Electronic Auction Portal."

The meeting also highlighted measures taken to establish a private enforcement officers institution aimed at organizing the execution of court decisions in our country in a more flexible, efficient manner that complies with modern standards. For this purpose, it was brought to attention that the Law "On Private Enforcement Officers" and other necessary derivative legal acts have been adopted. According to the Law, the enforcement system is designed to operate based on a mixed model. Within the framework of this new model, the execution of decisions by courts and other bodies can be carried out by both state and private enforcement officers.

In conclusion, the effective support shown by the entrepreneurs toward the implementation of the set goals was highly appreciated, and they were thanked.
